Introducing

At Spectral Sisters, the 10-minute play format is our heartbeat, and we’re just as passionate about bringing other bold, diverse theatre experiences to our Louisiana community.
That’s why, alongside our annual 10-Minute Play Contest and Festival— our cornerstone celebration of both emerging and established Louisiana playwrights—we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Spectrum Series. Designed to broaden audience connection and open doors for even more of this community’s remarkable talent, the series marks an exciting new chapter for Spectral Sisters Productions.
The SSP Spectrum Series opens this fall with a staged reading performance of the Tony Award-nominated JaJa’s African Hair Braiding, running November 5–8 at the Kress Theater. Directed by Alana Pate. Auditions are scheduled for July 18, 20, and 21. We’d love to see you there!
